We are located in the heart of Fryksdalen, which is very central. Approximately 5 miles northwest of Karlstad and just over 2 miles south of Sunne along European Route 45. Our location is easily accessible, as we have good communication channels in the form of 5 miles to the nearest port, 4 miles to the airport, and direct connections to the railway via Fryksdalsbanan.
Bäckebrons Sågverk is a highly adaptable company that has been in operation since 1903. Despite being a small organization in the forest industry, we enjoy tackling intricate and challenging projects. We are committed to providing exceptional quality, personalized service, and timely delivery to all our customers.
Our certifications are the customer´s security! We hold PEFC- och FSC® (C143915) certifications and are approved by Jordbruksverket and can use their label for approved, sawn wood products
We harvest 100,000 m3 of timber annually, with a top diameter ranging from 10 to 24 centimeters. Our production can be easily customized and tailored to meet specific requirements. We also offer the possibility of cutting series with special dimensions upon request.
A significant portion of our products are delivered to alpine regions in Switzerland, Austria, Germany, and France. We also export a smaller portion to various countries around the world. However, the majority of our products are delivered to Sweden and Norway, which are our biggest markets.
